A: Nothing at all........No interested Buyers.....No Offers.....No Sale !
OH, but there will be a lot of other activity. Your phone will be ringing off the hook with people who are just "Checking out the market". You'll be busy weeding out the curious lookers from the serious buyers, wondering what should you ask them on the phone to qualify them before they waste your time with a visit.
You will be answering the door at all hours to strangers who saw your sign, ignoring the “By Appointment Only” request, and want to see your house right now. You'll wonder whether you can trust the couple who enter your home, then promptly split up.....one engaging you in conversation while the other heads for your bedroom (where you keep your jewelry).
And of course you'll be busy trying
to figure out all the Legal Requirements for Selling a home in Houston
Texas......coordinating required inspections for electrical,
plumbing, structural, etc, etc......contacting a Solicitor....preparing
a complete Disclosure Statement Form.....following up with all the
inquires.......and many other necessary details.
