NOTHING - All compensations paid to a Realtor® for a new home is borne by the Builder. The fee is already figured into the cost of doing business. This fee makes no difference to you one way or the other. The price of the home will remain the same. Most Builders encourage, expect and promote Realtors® to assist in the selling of their new homes. The vast majority of new homes are sold by Realtors®.

Remember -- The New Home Sales Representive in the Model is there to look after the Builder, just as I will look after your interests. If you go into a new home to buy without a Realtor®, no one is representing you and looking out for your interests.
When registering in a Model Home, make certain to give them my name as your Realtor®, whether I'm with you or not.
